White Birthday

Mathew turned "8" last week and we were able to baptize him on his birthday. He was so excited to be baptized. We took him to Panaca to do it, so his grandma and grandpa Hafen could be there. It was a great meeting. Matt has really grown up this past year. He is a fun little guy. He loves sports, and we love watching him play. Football is his favorite right now. He has spent the whole summer playing football, baseball and basketball in the front yard with the neighbors. (I guess that's what summer is all about.) Mathew is also excited about going to scouts. (Spencer is very excited about that too.) He had his first scout activity yesterday, and loved every minute. We are so proud of his decision to be baptized and look forward to watching him grow, both physically and in the gospel. We love you little buddy!
